Project Overview

As a part of our commitment to enhancing user experience and addressing user challenges, we took this initiative to help users improve the quality of product content. The Digital Shelf Analytics platform in our product has a strong history of integrating with various Product Information Management systems (PIMs) and enabling Content compliance. However, we have identified a crucial pain point for our users: the inability to assess whether the content added to the PIM/extracted from retailer sites is optimal and will ensure the best product presentation or not.

This case study outlines our approach to solve this problem and provide our users with a platform to improve/manage content.
