Okay, let’s get started 😀
Problem Identification
The need for the Command Center arose from multiple sources:
1. Churned Customers Feedback:
- Users of the existing "Business Overview" dashboard found it cumbersome to compare current business performance against their targets or plans. This process remained manual, involving maintaining separate Excel sheets for their monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans, and frequent back-and-forth between the tool and these sheets.
2. User Behaviour Analysis:
- Analysis of Fullstory sessions showed an increased drop-off rate, indicating frustration or inefficiency with the current system.
3. Client Conversations:
- Discussions with prospects and existing clients revealed that the dashboard provided fragmented information, making it time-consuming to discover and analyze what went wrong in the business. Clients also requested more actionable insights.
